Jefferson Oregon Real Estate Review February 2020

Like many other areas around the Valley, Jefferson Oregon saw very few homes on acreage sell last month.  So, we will talk about the homes that sold in town in February.  Six homes sold last month in Jefferson, 3x's the number in January.  So that is great news.  They sold pretty quickly too, just 55 days from start to closing.  Average price was over 101% of the asking price.  And of course the current inventory of homes for sale in Jefferson is basically none existant, keeping the demand high.  Of course as March plays out, we will see the affect of COVID 19 virus, as many clients are asking.  If you would like to preview the current homes for sale in Jefferson, please visit our website.

NOTICE:  Due to the current virus outbreak, all real estate consultations are done over the phone or via email until further notice.
