Salem Oregon Horse Property

Where have all the Horse Properties gone in Oregon?

"Are all of the Oregon Horse Properties Sold?"

"There don't seem to be many on the market!"

Well, there is some truth to those statements. If you are a buyer looking for horse property in Oregon, the pickings are slim right now in certain price ranges.  For example, there are several properties on the market with pasture space and a simple barn between $300,000 and $450,000.  But start looking for a place with a covered arena in the $450,000-$700,000 range and there is just a handful for sale.  So where did they all go?

Several sold this summer and fall as the interest rates were low.  Some savvy buyers bought up what they could this spring before prices increased.  Still, others that did not sell (we call them "expired" in the real estate world) have decided to take a break this winter and try again in the Spring.  Of course the problem with that is that they are missing all of you qualified, ready to go buyers right now!

So how can we help with that?  Easy, we have access to ost of the "expired" properties in the Willamette Valley of Oregon.  This is data you will find no where on the internet.  Because we pay monthly to have access to the MLS, we have access to the entire 15 years or so of listings.  So just tell us what you are looking for, and we will find it!  Tell us about the ideal Oregon Horse Property for You!
