Buying Horse Property around Salem Oregon requires a Trail Guide
For horse owners, working with an agent that is not familiar with horses or horse property can be frustrating. I am in no way putting these agents down, I just think the client is better served if they work with someone that knows the field. I don't begin to try to sell commercial or industrial real estate for example. I would find an agent that specializes in that type to refer the client to.
I just published a "how to" article for people looking to buy horse property on my other blog. There is a 10 Step approach to going through the process, much of which is "preparation" type work to keep you on the right path. So many of the problems you hear about in real estate can be avoided if a little planning in the beginning is implemented.
Within the article, there are links to additional information to help you through the process.
Happy Trails!
