Salem Oregon Horse Property: Horse Owners love trail riding in Oregon

Horse Owners love trail riding in Oregon

Horse Owners love trail riding in Oregon

As a multiple horse owner living in Salem, Oregon, I love to explore new trails.  While I haven't been to all of them, I have visited most around the valley and the West edge of the Cascade mountains.  I often meet horse owners who would like to get out and trail ride, but don't know where to go.  I have created a map of horse camps and trail heads around the Willamette Valley of Oregon.

I will be adding photos from previous and future trips  in the near future.  If you have been to one of these and would like to share your review and photo of a certain trail, please email me.  I may even meet some of you on the trails!  Here is a picture of me on my old mare Thunder at Elijah Bristow outside of Eugene.  Love this trail!  Flat, almost year round riding as most of the trails are construction with finely crushed rock.

Nice post!    I like your enthusiasm for your area, and also your highlighting of "your" specialization.    Lovely horse!
