Would love for a fast market... our inventory is not low but seems to be indicating a shift in that direction with sales picking up  in my area.

Great job on another accepted offer.  We had the same run last year and right now inventory is ridiculously low.  Did a search for single family over 3 acres under $175,000 today and the whole county had only 15.  That is scary.  Mark
